2. What this site is for

This site presents the Little Herd collection of children's furniture. None of the designs has been produced yet: we are measuring interest to decide which designs to make in a first production run. You can register your interest in a design. Registering is free, is not an order or a pre-order, and does not commit you to buy.

3. Using the site

Access to the site is free. You agree to use its content lawfully and not for any unlawful purpose.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. The products are not currently available and there is no stock. If we decide to produce a design, we expect delivery around 12 weeks after that decision; this is an estimate, not a confirmed date. Before anything is sold we will email the people who registered interest with the final price and availability, and the terms of sale will apply only if you then choose to buy, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

5. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without our prior consent.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for interruptions to the service or for damage caused by misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
