This site presents the Little Herd collection of children's furniture and lets you reserve items from the first batch, which is currently being made. Reserving is free and does not commit you to buy.

3. Using the site

Access to the site is free. You agree to use its content lawfully and not for any unlawful purpose.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free. The products are being made; the estimated availability date is shown when you reserve. When your item is ready we will ask you to confirm your order, and the terms of sale will apply at that point, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

5. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them without our prior consent.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for interruptions to the service or for damage caused by misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
