2. What data we collect and why
| Data | Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Email, first name and postcode (both optional) and your answer on whether you would buy, when you register interest in a design | Tell you whether the design goes into production and, if so, its final price and availability; measure demand for each design | Steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) |

| Browsing in the shop (models and colours viewed, where the visit came from) | Understand which models and colours are most popular | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR); no cookies unless you accept them |
3. How long we keep it
Interest registrations are kept until we decide whether to produce the design and for no longer than 12 months. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use providers who process it on our behalf: Google (storing interest registrations in Google Workspace / Google Sheets), Netlify (website hosting) and, only if you accept cookies, Meta Platforms Ireland (ad measurement). Some of these providers may transfer data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards (the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, standard contractual clauses or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@littleherd.co.uk. If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
